Step 1 - Disinfect with SD VO
Kill MRSA, E. Coli and 99.999% of bacteria, molds and viruses, including Coronaviruses, with our hospital grade, broad spectrum biocide. We apply SD VO directly to pre cleaned surfaces, no rinsing necessary, allow to air dry. SD VO is EPA registered in all 50 states.
Step 2- Protect with SD 90+
Protect the disinfected surface by applying our SD 90+ to create a long-lasting, continuously self-cleaning, invisible coating that lasts for up to a year. SD 90+ is made with an EPA registered active ingredient.
Validate & Monitor
We use an ATP meter to monitor contamination build-up; when evident, we repeat steps 1 & 2 to inhibit new growth of odor causing bacteria, mold and fungi, 24/7/365.
How Our Protective Barrier Works
Surface Coating + Innovative Molecule
Our surface coatings are based on a complex organosilane molecule. The silane atom (orange/red) irreversibly bonds upon contact, to virtually any surface through a covalent bond, creating a very strong attachment to that surface. The nitrogen atom (blue) carries a positive (+) charge and can draw microbes, which are typically negatively (-) charged, to the tip of a long molecular carbon chain (green).
When a microbe makes contact with the tip of the carbon chain, its cell wall is damaged and the microbe is unable to grow. The organosilane molecules bond to the surface and to each other to form an invisible barrier that physically controls microbes by
rupturing their cell membranes on contact. This unique chemistry offers an industry leading level of performance for long term efficacy and durability.
Works Instantly and After It Dries
Our product bonds with a surface at the molecular level and is not removed by routine cleaning and disinfecting processes. Most commercial cleaners are primarily effective only when wet, our products create a durable coating on a surface for extended periods of time.
Disinfectants allow surfaces to be re-contaminated immediately. Our product creates an invisible barrier that microbes can't live on. We apply our core products, SD VO to disinfect, followed by our SD 90+ surface protectant to all surfaces in your environment. Our certified applicators use an electrostatic sprayer to apply our coating to all high touch points, walls, furnishings, floors and more. Our innovative technology allows us to reach areas that regular spray bottles do not. Our integrated program kills germs and works continuously for up to a year to inhibit the growth surface damaging, odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew.
